Phase 2: Roles and Responsibilities

Partner Role

• Primary Role: Leader and Executor

  • Partners will take full ownership of the implementation process, leading client interactions and technical execution.

  • They will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Latttice, and delivering outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops with clients.

  • Draft implementation plans, including data mesh designs, data product specifications, and governance frameworks.

  • Execute configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.

  • Lead client training sessions and manage post-implementation reviews.

2. Data Tiles Role

• Primary Role: Observer and Mentor

  • Data Tiles will provide oversight and guidance, stepping in only when necessary to address major challenges or ensure quality.

  • Mentors will review the partner’s work at critical milestones and provide feedback.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer support during complex scenarios or troubleshooting.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate progress and provide actionable feedback.

  • Ensure the partner adheres to Latttice implementation best practices.
