Phase 2: Implementation Activities
Each implementation in Phase 2 will follow a structured workflow, similar to Phase 1 but with the partner leading all activities:
Discovery and Planning:
Partner Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops with the client to identify business goals, data requirements, and use cases.
Define the implementation scope, data domains (if using data mesh), and desired data products.
Prepare a detailed implementation blueprint, including timelines and milestones.
Data Tiles Role:
Observe and provide feedback on workshop facilitation and blueprint accuracy.
Step in only to resolve major gaps or misunderstandings.
Setup and Configuration:
Partner Responsibilities:
Connect Latttice to client data sources and configure data products.
Define data products and governance frameworks to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
Optimize the implementation for scalability and performance.
Data Tiles Role:
Review configurations and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with best practices.
Provide guidance on troubleshooting or complex integrations.
Delivery:
Partner Responsibilities:
Deploy the solution, ensuring all data products are functional and meet SLAs.
Train the client team on using and maintaining Latttice, focusing on self-service capabilities.
Data Tiles Role:
Monitor the delivery process and provide feedback on client training sessions.
Intervene only if the partner encounters significant challenges.
Post-Implementation Review:
Partner Responsibilities:
Conduct a debrief with the client to review project outcomes and gather feedback.
Identify lessons learned and prepare recommendations for future improvements.
Data Tiles Role:
Observe the debrief and provide feedback on how to improve communication and follow-up strategies.
Feedback and Evaluation
Continuous Feedback:
Data Tiles will provide real-time feedback during critical stages, such as discovery workshops, configuration reviews, and training sessions.
Post-implementation evaluations will focus on the partner’s strengths, areas for improvement, and readiness for independent projects.
Evaluation Criteria:
Technical Expertise: Ability to configure Latttice, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Process Adherence: Following the standardized implementation framework and best practices.
Client Engagement: Effectiveness in managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Capability to address challenges independently while maintaining quality.
