Milestone and Evaluation
End-of-Phase Milestone:
Partners must successfully complete three client implementations as the primary lead, with positive evaluations from both Data Tiles and the clients.
Submit final reports for each implementation, detailing:
The solution design and configuration.
Lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Certification Readiness:
At the conclusion of Phase 2, partners will be evaluated for full independent certification, signifying their readiness to implement Lattice solutions without oversight.
Independent Implementation Capability:
Partners will be fully prepared to lead end-to-end Lattice implementations with confidence and precision.
Enhanced Technical Skills:
Partners will gain deep expertise in configuring Lattice for complex use cases, including data mesh enablement and advanced governance.
Proven Client Management Skills:
Partners will demonstrate the ability to engage clients effectively, manage expectations, and deliver measurable results.
Certification for Independent Projects:
Upon successful completion, partners will be formally certified as independent Lattice implementation experts, capable of driving ROI for clients and representing Lattice at the highest level of quality
