Build data products and enforce data quality, privavcy, and governance.
Partner Learning:
Shadow the technical setup and assist with simpler configurations.
Learn troubleshooting and optimization techniques.
Delivery:
Activities:
Deploy the solution, including finalized data products.
Conduct training sessions for the client team to ensure they can utilize Latttice effectively.
Partner Learning:
Participate in training delivery and gain exposure to client-facing interactions.
Assist in creating documentation for ongoing client use.
Post-Implementation Review:
Activities:
Conduct a debrief with the client to review project outcomes and gather feedback.
Identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement.
Partner Learning:
Observe how to evaluate project success and address client concerns.
Practice summarizing key findings and preparing recommendations.
