Overview

The 3+3 Shadowing Program is a structured onboarding and enablement initiative designed to empower Latttice implementation partners with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This program bridges the gap between theoretical training and real-world application by combining guided shadowing with hands-on leadership in client implementations.

The program is divided into two key phases:

1. Partner Shadowing Data Tiles during the first three implementations, where the partner observes and participates in real-world deployments led by Data Tiles experts.

2. Partner Leading with Data Tiles Shadowing for the subsequent three implementations, where the partner takes the lead, supported by Data Tiles for oversight and feedback.

This phased approach ensures that partners not only understand the technical aspects of Latttice, and master the concepts of data mesh and data products, but also gain practical experience in managing client relationships, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering successful outcomes.
