Phase 2: Partner Leads with Data Tiles Shadowing

Phase 2 of the 3+3 Shadowing Program transitions certified partners from observers to leaders in the Latttice implementation process. In this phase, partners take primary responsibility for driving client implementations, while the Data Tiles team provides oversight, guidance, and support. This phase is designed to build confidence, solidify technical and data mesh skills, and ensure partners are fully equipped to deliver high-quality Latttice implementations independently.

By stepping into a leadership role while still having access to expert mentoring, partners can refine their approach, address real-world challenges, and gain invaluable experience in managing client interactions and expectations. Data Tiles acts as a safety net, ensuring that each implementation adheres to best practices and meets client objectives.

Objectives of Phase 2

• Transition to Independent Leadership:

  • Shift responsibility for implementation tasks from Data Tiles to the partner.

  • Enable partners to lead discovery sessions, configure solutions, and manage delivery with minimal intervention.

• Strengthen Technical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Provide hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of Latttice implementations.

  • Allow partners to troubleshoot challenges independently, with support as needed.

• Build Client Engagement Expertise:

  • Develop partners’ ability to communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and deliver measurable business value.

• Ensure Implementation Excellence:

  • Maintain the quality of Latttice deployments by having Data Tiles oversee and validate the partner’s work.
