Milestones and Evaluation

• Partner Engagement:

  • Partners are required to actively participate in documentation, testing, and minor configurations during each implementation.

  • Partners must document their observations and submit a summary report after each project.

• Mentor Feedback:

  • Data Tiles will provide ongoing feedback to partners, focusing on technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and client interaction capabilities.

  • End-of-implementation reviews will include a formal assessment of the partner’s performance and readiness for increased responsibilities.

Outcomes of Phase 1

By the end of Phase 1, partners will:

• Have a clear understanding of the Latttice implementation process, including best practices and common challenges.

• Gain firsthand experience in configuring Latttice, building data products, and applying governance frameworks.

• Be prepared to take a more active role in implementations during Phase 2, transitioning from shadowing to leading with support.

Phase 1 sets the foundation for a smooth transition to Phase 2, where partners will take on leadership roles while still benefiting from the guidance and oversight of the Data Tiles team.
