These General Terms of Service govern access to and use of Data Tiles’ websites, software, and applications, including the responsibilities and obligations that apply when using our services.

General Terms of Service
These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, software platforms, applications, and services provided byData Tiles Ltd ("Data Tiles", "we", "our", or "us"), including the Latttice platform and other technologies made available as part of the Data Tiles suite of zero-code AI-powered data tools.
These Terms operate alongside and incorporate by reference the Software as a Service Agreement (SaaS Agreement), Customer Hosted Software Licence Agreement, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) where applicable.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or organisation accessing or using the Services.
“Data Tiles”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Data Tiles Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
“Services” refers to the websites, software platforms, applications, tools, documentation, and related services provided by Data Tiles.
2. Using Our Services
Account Registration
Some Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
You must not misuse the Services, interfere with the operation of the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
Data Tiles reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse or violations of these Terms occur.
Service Changes
Data Tiles may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time in order to improve functionality, security, or performance.
Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
3. Intellectual Property
Data Tiles Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials, are owned by Data Tiles Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Services or any underlying intellectual property.
Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of the data, content, or information that you upload, connect, or process through the Services ("Customer Data").
By using the Services, you grant Data Tiles a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services.
Data Tiles does not claim ownership of Customer Data. All rights, title, and interest in Customer Data remain with the Customer or the Customer's licensors.
4. Suspension and Termination
Data Tiles may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable agreement governing the use of the Services.
We may also suspend access where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Services.
Users may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease, subject to any applicable subscription or service agreement.
Where applicable, access to Customer Data and data retention will be governed by the relevant product agreement or Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
5. Service Levels and Support
Support services and response times may vary depending on the subscription plan or service package selected by the Customer.
Individual Users
Access to support services for individual users will be defined by the plan selected during the subscription process.
Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers may enter into a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines service availability, response times, and support commitments specific to their organisation.
Changes to Service Levels
Data Tiles may update service levels or support arrangements from time to time. Where material changes occur, we will provide notice through appropriate communication channels.
6. Links and Third-Party Services
The Services may include integrations with, APIs for, or links to third-party services, applications, data sources, or websites that are not operated or controlled by Data Tiles.
Data Tiles does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, security, or practices of any third-party services.
Data Tiles is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of any third-party services or data sources connected to the Services by the Customer.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers, and Data Tiles is not liable for any issues arising from the use of such services.
7. Automated Processing and AI-Generated Outputs
The Services may include features that use automated systems, analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning technologies to assist users in analysing data, generating insights, or supporting decision-making workflows.
Outputs generated through automated or AI-assisted features are provided for informational purposes only. Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the suitability of any outputs before relying on them for business, operational, or other decisions.
Data Tiles does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of automated outputs generated through the Services.
8. Limited Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Tiles Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
Data Tiles Ltd’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to Data Tiles for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
Data Tiles may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Where material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Service, our website, or by other appropriate communication channels.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Laws
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Consumer Rights (If Applicable)
If you are using the Services as a consumer rather than on behalf of a business or organisation, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot legally be waived or limited.
