Latttice includes a built in Support Center where users can report bugs or request product enhancements. Feedback for other Data Tiles platforms can also be submitted via email.

Submitting a bug report or requesting a new feature/enhancement

Submitting a bug report or feature request in Latttice is a simple and efficient process.

Within the application there is a dedicated Support page where users can submit reports directly through the platform. The form allows you to report issues you have encountered or request new features or enhancements you would like to see implemented.

When submitting a request, the form allows you to provide helpful details including:

• a description of the bug or requested feature • steps required to reproduce the issue • screenshots or additional context that may help our team understand the request.

This ensures our team has the context needed to review and address your feedback effectively.

Once submitted, the request is reviewed by the Data Tiles team and prioritised as part of our ongoing platform improvements.
